10.30 a.m. Sunday Blast

We are going to make backdrops for our Nativity. If you fancy being involved in making a nativity using Stop Motion Studio with a LEGO twist, you should come along.

No problem if you can’t make it, but want to be involved. Just let Marielle or Claire know. Suitable for kids from 4 – 15 years old.

If you are interested, send the office an e-mail for the Zoom log-in details.

10.40 a.m. Sunday Worship

Please use same Zoom log in details as last week.

Christmas Appeals
Usually at this time of year St John’s acts as a collection point for a Christmas shoe box appeal. This year, as we are not regularly in our building it wasn’t possible to arrange to act as a collection point for such an appeal. Here is a list of other appeals that are running should you be interested in donating to any of these.

Salvation Army Toy Appeal – Toys, unwrapped, can be dropped off at the Salvation Army Headquarters, Burnblea Street from Nov 23rd to 9th Dec, 10.00 a.m. till midday.

The parcels will then be wrapped and distributed by Social Work.

Morrisons in Hamilton are running a reverse advent calendar. There is a list available in store that you can purchase items from and put into the baskets in store. Bags of food will be made up from donations and given to families in need in Hamilton.

Local foodbanks are accepting donations – our local foodbank is 13-15 Cadzow Street, Hamilton, ML3 6EE. One suggestion would be to do your own reverse advent calendar and drop off the donation to the Hamilton Foodbank.

Hamilton District Foodbank are running a Christmas Appeal:

Link to Hope – this company do family and elderly shoeboxes.

There are 2 options available:

1.       Donate online to allow them to fill a shoebox – recommended donation is £20
