Sunday 8th May
Morning worship:10.45 am
Evening Service at 6.30pm

Wednesday 11th May
Kirk Session meets at 7.30pm. For elders without email, papers for the meeting can be collected from the office today.

Thursday 12th May
Midweek service, at 12:15pm in the Church sanctuary. The service will last about 15-30 minutes, so please come along and invite a friend.

Saturday 14th May

Messy Church: Who is the Holy Spirit? 10.30am-12.30pm. The activities are for children in prams to P7 (but can be enjoyed by all). All children must come with an adult. You can contact us at: stjohnsmessychurch@gmail.com

Sunday 15th May
Pentecost Services: 10.45am and 6.30pm. To mark the celebration of
Pentecost, if you wish, please wear something red to either of the services.

Christian Aid Lunch: will take place after Pentecost morning worship. A simple lunch of soup and rolls will be served and you are encouraged to stay and donate the cost of a lunch in the plate in return. If you are unable to attend and wish to make a contribution, plates will be available at the doors as you leave.

Christian Aid Week begins next Sunday 15th May until Saturday 21st May and is fast approaching. I am desperately in need of volunteers for the door to door can collection and can collectors for the Town Centre on Saturday 21st May. Volunteers are also required for the Forum Café on Saturday 21st May and also donations of homebaking for the Cake Stall. If anyone is interested please do not hesitate to contact me on 07739391239.
