1st November:

The Kirk Session will meet at 10.30am in the Centenary Hall prior to the ordination of new Elders.
 Morning Worship-10.45 am- our service will include the ordination of our new elders and a family celebration of Holy Communion.  Sunday Blast will also be holding their monthly ‘Big Breakfast Blast’

Crossreach Calendars will be available from Marion Baird in the top kitchen after the morning service .
‘Centre Magazine’ and Life & Work are both available today for distribution
Sunday Welcome Door Teams if anyone in the congregation would like to be included in our Welcome Teams, or would like any information about the Welcome Teams, please contact Ann Auld. email annkauld@aol.com
Avonbridge Care Home- The monthly service at the home will take place at 2.00pm.  All welcome
Please note there will be no evening service here in order to allow people to support, with their attendance, the Festival of Remembrance at the Town House at 6.30pm.

Monday 2nd November
Guild meets at 7.30pm, speaker Mrs A Guthrie – World Vision Aid.  All welcome.

Tuesday 3rd November
Woodhead Primary School Choir are giving a short concert in the church at 1pm.  The concert is being filmed by the BBC as part of this year’s Children in Need. The children would be delighted if you were able to come along and support them. There is no charge for the concert, but there will be an opportunity to make a  donation for Children in Need.

Friendly Hour at 2.00pm.  This week we will be entertained by John Walker telling us about Glasgow Dance Halls.

Wednesday 4th November
The Fellowship will meet at 7:30pm in the Clyde Room for Colin Jones to describe his experiences in ‘The Salvation Army’. Do come along, bring a friend, and enjoy an interesting evening with refreshments.

Thursday 5th November 

SALT Bible Study this morning at 10.30am, everyone welcome, please come and join us.
Midweek service, at 12:15pm in the Church sanctuary. The service will last about 15-30 minutes, so please come along and invite a friend.

Monday 26th October
Hamilton Lifeboat Guild Coffee Evening at 7.30pm in St John’s Church.  There will be an RNLI stall.  Tickets £4 each.  All welcome.

Tuesday 27th October
Friendly Hour – This week is our 25th Anniversary and we are celebrating with
special guests.  Please note that our meeting will start at the earlier time of 1.30pm.

Saturday 31st October: .10.00 am – 12.00pmThe Brownies are having a coffee morning in the Centenary Hall it will be £2 for adults and £1 for a child. There will be tea/coffee and cakes served and we will also have a baking stall, a tombola, raffles and some crafts for sale that were made by the Brownies. Hope to see you there!
